WEB SITE POLICY

This policy is provided for under art. 13, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), to the users visiting the following web site:

This policy describes the management of the Website as regard to processing activities concerning personal data of users browsing it. Specifically, it regards the content of the Website only and it does not concern any other web site that might be visited by users by clicking on external links which may be present on the Website.

 

  1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?

Consortium IMAGINE, c/o UMBRAGROUP S.p.A., in via Baldaccini 1, Foligno (PG), is the Data Controller of your personal data (“IMAGINE”, “We” or “Us”).

 

  1. WHAT DOES “PERSONAL DATA” MEAN? WHICH ARE THE PURPOSES FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); in this case, data subject means you, who are visiting the Website (“Data”).

In particular IMAGINE processes the following Data:

- your first name and surname;

- your contact details (such as telephone number and e-mail address);

- the IP address of your PC.

When you visit the Website, IMAGINE may collect Data either directly
(e.g. when you voluntarily provide us with your Data by filling in forms specifically provided for on the Website), or indirectly (e.g. by tracking the IP address of your PC to monitor the use of the Website).

In details, IMAGINE collects your Data directly, where it is necessary to satisfy your requests. Indeed, on the Website you will find different forms to be filled in by the users, in order to make possible for us to manage and follow up their requests. In particular, the filling in of dedicated forms is necessary to access to the so-called reserved sections of the Website (such as pages dedicated to suppliers) and to submit applications through the dedicated area of the Website.

When you visit the Website, your Data are also collected indirectly, as we track both your PC’s IP and URL.

On top of this, your Data may be collected and processed in order to allow us to manage and administer the Website.

  1. WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA?

The Website is located on a server in Italy, Emilia Romagna, Rimini.

IMAGINE may transfer your Data to third parties that provide maintenance and development services with reference to the Website and, more generally, IT services, which have been specifically appointed as Data Processors.

Your Data may also be transferred to other legal entities established outside the European Economic Area that provide technological services in favour of IMAGINE; should this transfer be necessary, We are committed to ensure that recipients of your Data have adopted appropriate security measures to ensure the level of protection of natural persons guaranteed by the GDPR is not undermined.

 

  1. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

We will process your personal data as long as it is reasonably and strictly necessary for the purposes described in paragraph 2.

In case you provide Us with your Data, said Data will be definitely deleted within few weeks following your request, save for Data you provide in order to access the section of the Website reserved area which will be retained for the minimum time necessary to provide users with the service requested (or until the user asks for their removal).

Finally, We reserve the right to store log data for a longer period of time to manage potential crimes against the Website (e.g. hackering).

You, as the data subject, have the right to:

  • have access to your Data we hold and obtain a copy of said Data;
  • ask for the rectification and for the update of your Data, where inaccurate or incomplete;

  • ask for Data portability.

 

Furthermore, you may exercise, at any time, the right to lodge a complaint before the Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (Italian Authority for the Protection of Personal Data).
